PHS Solutions specializes in working with show management to assist with the identifying, assessing and managing show specific health and safety issues.
PHS Solutions is able to assist with:
- Monitoring of the show floor during move-in and move-out to ensure compliance to your safety requirements by Exhibitors and Contractors
- Establishing a health and safety policy and program as required by local health and safety legislation
- Training employees appointed as supervisors in local health and safety legislation so they have a good understanding of the industry hazards & controls as it relates to their Show
- Understanding of local health and safety legal requirements, hazards and controls related to your specific show(s)
- Developing a Risk Management Plan for your show which identifies actual and potential hazards related to the show production, assesses the hazards, identifying safety rules, and ensuring that hazards are controlled
- Identifying any Exhibitors that will be installing booths/feature areas that are complex or could be seen to be construction
- Design of show move-in and move-out schedule to consider health and safety implications
- Conducting accident/incident investigations and make recommendations for corrective actions
- Liaison with Ministry of Labour enforcement officers on your behalf as required
